Flexographic Printed Film and Paper

We produce high quality flexographic printed film and paper, printing up to 10 colours and up to 1270mm wide.

Our state of the art technology has narrowed the quality gap between gravure and flexo.

Our gearless presses allow for fast job change over and our advanced mid web press offers the ability to run long or short runs.

Laminates and Coatings for Flexible Packaging

By using our extensive knowledge of laminates and coatings we produce a large range of multilayer substrates suitable for a variety of end uses such as Retort packaging, MAP lidding, flow wrap, VFFS etc.

We can offer gas and moisture barrier levels to meet the most demanding of criteria and explore and incorporate cutting edge technology in order to continually improve our position as a laminates and coatings supplier.

Pouches and Shrink Sleeves

Enhancing our “one stop shop” policy we also manufacture pouches and shrink sleeves.

Our pouches can incorporate zippers, handles, euro slots, hanging holes, custom cut pouring spouts and can be manufactured in a stand up or pillow format.

Our shrink sleeves can be produced in PVC or PET and can be supplied in reel or cut form.

Tobacco Packaging

We specialise in printed flexible tobacco packaging supplying most of the major tobacco companies.

Our extensive product range includes printed film pack wrap, printed film bundle wrap, printed inner bundle wrap, printed paper bundle wrap, individual cigar wrap and loose tobacco pouches.
