eltromat - since 1960 we have developed and produced control equipment to optimize printing processes. We are an innovative and competent partner of printing press manufacturers and printers. Print Quality Control and Inspection Systems
Products of eltromat are designed for rotogravure, flexo, offset and screen printing processes. Our product range covers drive systems, register controls, systems for integrated print quality control, web viewing and web inspection, ink fountain control and colour measurement as well as solutions for an efficient work flow.
The special advantage of our products is their modular design. It allows installations - from easiest web viewing system up to a complete electronic main shaft for a press. It allows additionally easy and cost-saving upgrades.
The benefits are obviously an increase of productivity and quality and cost reduction. Users see good print, reduce waste and will be relieved noticeably.
Printing Press Product Development
In direct cooperation with the manufacturers and users of printing presses we are developing innovative products to solve the many problems both face.
More than 10% of our over 300 employees are working in the product development department. They are in close contact with the graphic arts industry as well as with universities and technology institutes.
A qualified and capable service to back up the full range of eltromat products ensures a high level of economic efficiency and operational reliability. We tailor our systems to the individual requirements of our customers, and supply custom made solutions for after sales service.
