VC999 TS500 Tray Sealing Machine

The new VC999 TS500 tray sealing machine is designed for operations with small to medium size packaging volumes.

The food to be packaged is placed in prefabricated trays. Then the filled trays are covered in the machine with foil and sealed airtight, or evacuated and filled with modified atmosphere gas before sealing (MAP system). The modified atmosphere protects the food and guarantees long-term preservation.

Up to 4 packs can be sealed and moved simultaneously. The operation modes available are: seal only, vacuum-gas (MAP) or gas flush. The die set change happens quickly and easily without additional tools. The film can also be changed very fast. The VC999 TS500 tray sealing machine is easy to clean thanks to the stainless construction and angled surfaces. The machine is accessible from all sides and therefore very service-friendly.

This tray sealer is very easy to operate and features a color display with a resolution of 640 x 480 pixels, screen size is 5.7". All functions are controlled with user-guidance by a touch-screen with a large viewing angle. The storage and selection of programs is executed by scroll windows. The programs can be adjusted individually to the packaged goods. Various languages can be selected.

Available options are: automatic drawer, lifting of trays, print mark detection for printed top film, a changeover gas switch and a gas bottle cage.
