Unique, Rotative Embossing Tool Developed

Janoschka Group with its headquarters in Kippenheim/Germany has made an important contribution to this outstanding success by taking care of the reproduction work and the development of the embossing tool. After an intensive development phase in close cooperation with Philip Morris the specialists have developed a unique, rotative embossing tool. The modelling of diamonds, rubies, pearls and gold crystals into male and female roll of the tool was devoted to detail using latest technical options.

To adapt the embossing to industrial production, hot foil stamping was added as another element of refinement.
