Optima Group Consumer: What would be the public's general response to its RFID MODULINE - a new and ground-breaking machine concept?

The new concept was met with keen interest and enthusiasm. At the fair, Ludwig Fischer was approached with customer inquiries that involved totally new applications.

RFID Format Changeover

Other customers, whose orders and projects are presently being implemented at Optima Group Consumer, wanted to know if their machines could be furnished with RFID format changeover during production. Upgradability of all current machines can be made. Convertibility of older lines must be confirmed in the individual cases.

But other exhibits also attracted attention: For example the PPS CMV vertical cartoner, end machine of the RFID MODULINE.

Another highlight was the OPTIMA CFL. Softpods, manufactured in two lanes onsite at the fair by Optima’s innovative four-edge sealing module, were packed into single pouches, ensuring flavor protection and prolonged shelf life without quality losses. The new four-edge sealing module can be installed subsequently into all OPTIMA CFL machines.
