Logopak Launch the NEW 400 Range Labelling System at Interpack

This is a smaller footprint range of industrial print & apply labelling systems, designed for slightly lower throughput lines but still with a very high specification.

Fitted with Logopak's unique PL control system with full on-board operator touch screen display, database management, on screen label layout and scanner controls, the Logopak 400 range is Ethernet compatible and has remote dial-in and "Email out" service warning facilities.

A standard printhead width of 107mm /12 dot, with a full 300M linear label reel holder and an equivalent thermal ribbon reel is supplied.

The 400 range includes front of pack, side of pack non-contact, tamp type applications, round corner applications, 180 degree applications plus a number of specialised applicators for specific roles.

Logopak also launch NEW ROSH compliant controls at Interpack.

Logopak will show its new controller on both the brand new 400 machine and the recently launched 500 machine.

This new controller will incorporate:

• A large 15" touch screen for manual data entry with FIFO indication and layout of current label on screen.
• Built in service indicator (the first EVER in a print & apply labeller)
• Dual 32 bit RISC processors / 400Mhz Clock pulse
• 4 MB CMOS memory.
• Much higher processing speeds for real-time data.
• RFID tag on Demand prepared for EPC class 1 Gen 2 transponders, allowing 60ppm RFID in real-time.
• Electronic components ROSH compliant.
• Integrated Ethernet connections.
• Constant technical overview of operating system for fast failure warning.
