Base products

Polythene products are made from materials recognised as LDPE - MDPE - HDPE. Virgin grades, i.e. low, medium or high density polyethylene.

To convert these down to end user specific requirements, additives are made, known as High slip, Low slip, Anti static, EVA (for freezer grades), UV inhibitors, Degradable, recycled ie regran. Co extruded blends, polypropylene, linear rich, give to terms such as high performance or high strength films.

Base Products are produced as SWS = single wound sheet - CF = centre fold - LFT = lay flat tubing

Plain & Printed Polythene Bags

Printing

Printed Polythene Bags: Registered up to 6 colours, both sides and random print

These then convert to:

• Bespoke Plain or Printed Polythene Bags
• Stock Plain or Printed Polythene Bags
• Polythene bags will be recognised as side weld or bottom weld, gusseted, with or without perforation, wicketted and perforated on reel (POR) or loose packed.
• Plain or Printed Polythene Carrier bags
