Systech Illinois (formerly Systech Instruments) will be exhibiting their range of permeation analysers, headspace gas analysers and process gas analysis instruments at this year's Interpack.

The comprehensive permeation range includes the recently acquired Lyssy and PermMate product lines which offer precision oxygen and water vapour analysis of packaging film barriers.

Systech's 7000 range of water vapour permeation analysers utilise the Proprietary Coulometric P2O5 sensor, which is more sensitive and stable than infra-red and is the primary method for absolute moisture measurement.

Systech's 8000 oxygen permeation analysers offer reliable and versatile testing for all bottles, packages and films. These instruments provide extremely fast purge down time; accurate readings at the lowest levels and the highest quality sensors in the market. The changeover from wet to dry sample runs is the fastest on offer.

Systech's permeation analysers have electronic flow, temperature and humidity control providing ultimate responsiveness and repeatability. Precise control gives a wide sample temperature range of 5° to 50°C and a measured and controlled relative humidity range of 20 to 90% RH.

Systech's test laboratory offers a Permeation Testing service for companies throughout the world that either haven't the time or the facilities for their own in-house testing. The temperature and humidity controlled laboratory is able to carry out tests under a wide range of conditions. Test results are available in tabular or graphical format. The laboratory is compliant with all of the relevant standards.
