Johnsen & Jorgensen make light work of filling Keltec 'Easy Dispensers'
UK packaging container specialists, Johnsen & Jorgensen (J & J), have invested in a new filling-line system, which enables customers to bottom-fill Keltec 'Light Series' dispensers, economically and without the need for any capital investment.
Working closely with specialist contract manufacturer, Hallam Beauty, J & J expect to see demand for the already-popular Keltec 'Light Series' increase dramatically. The first order for the new line came from the Lee Stafford Haircare brand, whose range of upmarket haircare products now includes a product in a customised 150ml Keltec dispenser.
J & J Sales Director, Jon Wear, is delighted with the response to the filling facility, which adds another cost-effective element to Keltec's complete dispensing solution:
"Our innovative piece of kit, plus the professional input of Hallam Beauty, have transformed the appeal of the Keltec 'Light Series' dispenser at a stroke," Jon enthused. "Any worries that our customers may have had previously with adapting their lines to bottom-filling have now been eliminated.
Product Dispenser System"In addition, they enjoy all the benefits of what is an excellent dispenser for medium to high-viscosity personal care products. It's light in weight and easy to handle. And like other Keltec products, the 'Light Series' comes with the patented 'rolling bellow' design which combines several functions in one.
"First, it reduces the number of components required so you get a more reliable product. No metal parts are used in the design which cuts out the risk of contamination and makes re-cycling easier. And also on the environmental front - the mechanical pump design means there are no polluting CFCs involved."
