Our cosmetic tube production lines allow our customers to meet the demanding requirements of the industry, in terms of output, flexibility and quality.

PackSys Global offers full cosmetic tube line equipments including:

• Tube heading machine (HPS, HPL, HPX)

• UV printing machine up to 8 colours for seamless plastic tubes

PackSys Global is the only company capable of offering a 10 minutes complete change-over including start-up on the heading machine.

The well proven compression moulding technology is used to mould the tube heads in such a perfect way that no orifice control camera is required.

Our UV printing machine meets the highest decoration requirements of the cosmetic industry, thanks to advanced technology originally developed for the aluminium can industry.

HPX / HPL Heading Machine

Experience shows that retooling for a new order can take hours of valuable production time. But no more: our header HPX reduces size changeover time to as low as ten minutes.

An unique feature of this machine is that after changing size parts, no operation adjustments of the settings are required.

The HPX header is flexible enough to handle any of the following options:

• Straight line or 90°line operation
• Tube orientation
• Oval tubes
• Quality check for shoulder thickness using laser technology
• Language + Multimedia package
• Remote maintenance
• Process data management

Production speed: up to 150 tubes per minute

TCX Tube Capping Machine

The TCX combines unmatchable compactness with an outstanding flexibility of applications, and easy access to all the machine parts. The design with a horizontal turret and modules operating from the center results in a very small footprint, with unique easy access to all process steps.

The TCX offers high versatility, handling various options that you may require:

• Oriented push-on application
• Membrane application (Top seal)
• Processing of oval tubes and caps
• Special shaped caps
• Additional quality inspection
• Other applications upon request

Production speed: up to 150 tubes per minute.

HPS Heading Machine

The HPS system has 10 stations, each with a single mandrel for the production of up to 70 tubes per minute. Using resin material in granulate form, the HPS heading system moulds the shoulder and fuses it simultaneously to the tube body.

The modular system provides easy access for fast and simple tube diameter, orifice and thread changes.

The HPS header is flexible enough to handle any of the following options:

• In-line cap application
• Tube orientation
• Striping option
• Oval tube
• Top seal
• Barrier liner system

TCA-12 Capping Machine

The TCA 12 has a long range of optional application capabilities. The equipment can be used for the complete range of collapsible tubes including aluminium, seamless extruded plastic and side-seamed laminated tubes. A key advantage of the TCA 12 are the features for fast changeover size parts (no hand tool required) maximum flexibility, allowing either off-line or integrated (in-line) production.

The TCA 12 offers additional optional functions such as:

• Top seal
• Cap orientation
• Tube orientation
• Tube orifice drilling
• Tube sleeve trimming
• Tube orifice trimming
• Label application
• QC system for print quality and pinhole checking
• Snap on or screw on caps are possible
