Carton Sealers

Manual adjustment, height and sides

Five styles of carton sealing machines are available. Uniform carton sealing with top & bottom or side driving belts. Uniform carton sealing with combined top, bottom & side driving belts.

Random carton sealing with top & bottom or side driving belts. Flap closer with side driving belts.

All machines can be fitted with a cage & security doors.

Heat Sealers

A wide range of heat sealers are available from hand held crimp sealers, bench top models, and L sealers, stand alone sealers & combinations of shrink tunnel & heat sealer.

Accessories are available for bench top models to facilitate efficient production.

Stainless steel heat sealers (that are washable) suitable for sterile environments, hospitals or food packing areas.

EV38 Shrink Tunnel

We offer the widest range of machines to suit every situation of shrink-wrapping.

Pallet shrink gun with or without Propane Gas Cylinder & trolley.For occasional or very light use, a Table top version with a dispenser for the film.

Simple one step shrink wrap machines with minimum footprint for confined space. Then a range of shrink tunnels starting with a tunnel opening of 500mm x 200mm to 1000mm x 380mm. Other sizes by request. Where higher volume output is required, machines combining both shrink tunnel & L sealers combinations.

Dispensers

Cardboard Waste Converters

Go Green. Convert your redundant cardboard cartons into an environmentally friendly void fill material. This has the added advantage of not needing to pay for expensive skips for their disposal.

Void Filler Machine

Go Green. Stop buying and storing void fill material, this machine will make your requirement on demand. It crimps 3 sheets of Kraft paper together making a cushion wrap or filler (maximum length 10 meters long).

Paying for Waiting Time and Parking of a Skip to Collect Your Waste

Go green. Save money by employing a Compact Waste Roller. It will turn your rubbish into compacted small cylinders of 400mm diameter x 600mm long. Suitable for storing on to pallets. The compactor is small enough to exist in between production lines. In warehouses & inside retail premises. Ideally suited for plastic / foam, cloth / felt or paper / cardboard. There is a version suitable for aluminium cans.
