Leister is proud to present a wide range of its enormous portfolio at its spacious exhibition stand at the K-Messe. Visitors can come and see products from the areas of plastic welding, process heat and laser systems.

Plastic Welding

Plastic Welding: WELDPLAST S6 Hand ExtruderLeister presents its complex and ergonomic welding units: From the powerful hand extruder WELDPLAST S6 with verified output of 6 kg/h through to the small hand unit TRIAC BT weighing just one kilogram. Experts will be able to see just what the units can do at the welding table. A highlight in the area of plastic welding is the WELDPLAST S2 PVC (Figure 1). This comes with a special extruder screw enabling not only PVC but also PE and PP to be worked without any problem.

Process Heat

Process Heat: LHS SystemIn the area of industrial applications with hot air, Leister presents the entire LHS air heater product line (Figure 2) including accessories such as fans, temperature controllers and special nozzles. Hot air systems of various power classes, sizes and operating modes are available for customer-specific process integration. The different operating modes can be seen in the CLASSIC, PREMIUM and SYSTEM variants, these covering a wide variety of customer requirements. The LHS SYSTEM types will be demonstrated in use at the stand.

A new feature to be unveiled at the trade fair is the refined and optimised LHS SYSTEM air heater.

Laser Systems

WS-AT Laser SystemLeister also reveals its innovative flair in this area as well. The entire product line can be seen - from the highly compact air-cooled NOVOLAS BASIC AT and 3-D or mask welding demonstrations through to the new turn-key laser system NOVOLAS WS-AT (Figure 3) and the latest optical modules. This is a perfect opportunity for experts to discover laser penetration welding as a professionally integrated and hence economical method.
