Legend XS – Extreme Speed Intelligent Scanner

DVT has incorporated the same DSP technology found in it’s super high-speed 550 series into its most powerful code reading scanner, the Intelligent Scanner XS. Suitable for the most demanding applications, the Intelligent Scanner XS is three to eight times faster than previously available readers.

In Beta tests, the Intelligent Scanner XS was capable of performing over 100 data matrix reads per second using FrameWork 2.7, which includes an enhanced Data Matrix reader utilizing advanced grayscale processing which can read severely degraded codes printed with laser, ink-jet, or dot-peen marking technologies. With Framework 2.7, both the Intelligent Scanner XS and IS read an extensive expanded list of barcodes including:
