The modular filling system OPTIMA LINEAR FILLER CFL for portion packs, hard and soft pods is working with the latest servo-technology.

The machine is equipped with an automatic feeding system for hard-pods. If desired, soft-pods ca be handled on the same machine. The empty cups are transported to the filling station. Portioning machines like filling weighers or servo driven auger dosers guarantee exact filling weights, supervised by integrated load cells. Subsequently the pods are sealed and put directly into packages by a pick-and-place system.Portioning machine
