The Companies in house design facility equipped with the latest 3D CAD systems and its workshops with the latest CNC manufacturing technology enables cost effective Custom Handling Solutions to be provided within short lead-times.

As well as creating new designs the company can tailor its existing equipment to meet customers specific Material Handling requirements.

Example - Side & Forward Rotation Reel Attachment

Designed and manufactured to meet the customer’s specific Material Handling requirement the Side and Forward Rotation Clamp Attachment was produced for lifting Reels of packaging material from storage, transporting and positioning onto the companies production machinery.

The Reels needed to be lifted by gripping the outside diameter leaving the reels core free, the Reel then needed to be raised and rotated from the vertical plane the horizontal with the Reel Core facing forward ready for presentation on machines mandrel.

This particular Handling Solution was designed to meet the customer’s requirement for a Reel Handling attachment which hand powered clamping and manual rotation

The company adapted its stainless steel Compac lifter and incorporated a motor driven gearbox to its standard Reel Lifting clamp attachment.
