Filling and Sealing Machines

Filling and sealing can be optimally combined with these machines, Model Type AHM, for plastics and aluminium. Diverse fillers can be used depending on the filling products, customer requirements and production output.

We can dispense anything from liquids to pasty products with chunks. With special fillers even dry products such as powders, flakes, or granules can be filled.

Heat sealing, as described previously, is used to seal the packages.In addition, pre-punched lids or lids from roll stock can be processed.

Typical applications are petfood in trays, condensed milk, marmalade, Home Meal Replacement, airline catering etc.

Machines range from one lane to up to twelve lanes with an output of typically 35 to 55 containers per minute per lane.

Tandem machines achieve up to 80 containers per lane. We can include features such as gas flush, evacuation, check weighing and auto reject into our machines.

Membrane Heat Sealing Machines

Cans made of tin, Alu, TFS and carton offer optimal product protection for many applications. Opening the can, however, is difficult and risk of injury should not be underestimated.

This has led to the development of the membrane heat sealing technology. With this technology, the advantages of cans made of tin, Alu, TFS and also carton and the advantages of membranes lids have been combined.

The machines, Model Line MHM, enable converting the normal tin can lids into membrane lids, for dry as well as for retort applications.

First a ring is made by punching a hole into a standard end, and then the cut edge is curled according to the customer's specifications. The opening is sealed with a corresponding lid (Alu-membrane).

The membrane is sealed to the ring by means of heat sealing. The converted end can be processed by the customer on a normal crimping machine.

Special Machines

Thanks to our experience, we can design and construct special machines for the most diverse applications. Almost all of these machines are designed as high-speed machines for automated 24 h production. Some machines actually do more than one million seals per day on a continuous operation.

The machines are typically delivered to leading multinational companies and often supplied as a turn-key project. Applications range from fully automatic filling and folding of burritos for the food industry to filling of micro-quantities of reagents under clean room conditions for the pharmaceutical industry. Container sizes range from half steam trays (265 x 325 mm) to single portion coffee packs.
