Virtual 'PACK-proof' or Real 'PACK-proof'

Create a virtual reality carton using our unique ‘PACK-proof’ process to transfer the printed design onto an industry standard or bespoke carton profile. Design and quality level can be determined by you together with the output file type. Play the file in industry standard players or manipulate the folding / unfolding yourself.

When you’re happy with the result, the design is made into a real ‘PACK-proof’ onto the correct substrate, then cut & creased on our CAD/CAM system. The result is a low cost design prototype to fit your product on the correct material.

Any design or artwork file can be used to create single or multiple copies of the same prototype mock-up giving a finished product that closely resembles the final printed carton.

This is a cost effective way of ensuring the design matches your marketing parameters without making full colour proofs and die-cut samples.
