CPR Invest £150,000 in New Compounding Plant

Cotswold Plastics have invested over £150,000 in the installation of a new 6,000 tonne per annum compounding line - initially focused on the compounding of Medium Impact Polystyrene, the line is capable of producing up to 1 tonne per hour across a range of polymers.

CPR have invested to further widen their service offering to clients, this piece of equipment is the last piece of the puzzle.

Leigh Atley, Sales Director said, "with the new compounding line, our tradional size reduction capabilities and our specialist separation technologies, we really can make a silk purse out of a sow's ear", " we have been taking large volumes of very mixed products, including several polymers, paper, cardboard, and metal , and producing a high quality compound pellet from it".
